With exams right around the corner and your stress levels at an all-time high, everyday activities become impossible. The pile-on of studying and homework, and the stress of the upcoming holiday break is not helping. “Just two more weeks and then holiday break,” you find yourself saying on the daily just to get through the next few weeks of school. According to Everydayhealth.com, scientist have found social media, more specifically smartphones, increase stress. Log off for a few days, even reducing the time spent on your phone will make you happier and less stressed.

Get plenty of Omega 3-fatty acids

According to adaa.org, avocado is the most common omega 3, you can find it at any supermarket. Avocado helps lower depression and anxiety. Flaxseeds or flaxseed oil, chia seeds and walnuts are also other options if you’re not a fan of avocado or fish, such as tuna, salmon, herring and sardines.
